We are a Food Standards Agency approved meat cutting plant, No. UK2607EC.

 

We work in a purpose-built temperature controlled factory which is available for inspection at any time during opening hours.

 

Discounts are available to high-turnover customers.

 

We can deliver to your business 6 days a week, using our fully refrigerated vans.

 

All of our meat is sourced daily from local suppliers so that we can ensure freshness and achieve a good shelf life (Beef = 10 days, Gammon = 10 days, Pork = 7 days, Lamb = 7 days, poultry = 5 days, Mince = 2 days, Burgers = 5 days). Further information on this is contained within our HACCP Plan, also available for inspection at any time during opening hours.

 

Our cuts of meat are freshly prepared daily by our team of butchers, and are individually tailored towards the specific menu requirements of each business.

 

We can provide your business with it's own unique quotation, based around the contents of your menu. We would usually do this by holding a meeting with your head chef at your business premises, at a mutually suitable time, in order to go through your requirements and specifications.

 

Once you are happy with what we discuss, then your specifications are passed on to our team of butchers who will produce all the cuts of meat that you require.

 

Orders can be paid for either by cash on delivery, or a credit agreement can be arranged through our Head Office, subject to a satisfactory credit check. Terms and conditions of your agreement will be agreed with Head Office once all the relevant documentation has been processed.

 

Every order comes with a fully detailed delivery note / invoice for your records, and we are VAT registered, No. 496383790.

 

If your business has a 'specials board', we will always have certain products available at additional discounted prices, so it's always a good idea to have a quick chat with our Kevin, the Butchery Manager, to see what he can offer you in order to help you put your specials together.
